How mushrooms can be used in microdosing:
All of the options we have presented to your attention can be combined as you see fit. In this way, you have the opportunity to choose the optimal microdosing option for you.
Whole mushrooms or ground?
Personally, I haven't noticed any fundamental difference between using an ground and a whole mushrooms. But in fact, I came across information on the web that supposedly the properties of the ground mushroom disappear much faster than the whole mushroom loses its properties.
But personally, I think that if mushrooms are stored in the "right place", where there is no access to oxygen, where it is dry and dark, there will be no difference between storing whole and ground mushrooms.
Which is better - steaming or eating an amanita?
Similarly with storage, there is also no fundamental difference in using the driest mushroom itself and steaming it. Therefore, you can use the mushroom in a way that is convenient for you personally.
Yes, some amanita enthusiasts claim that brewing mushroom and using only the decoction saves the stomach and reduces the load that enters the body.
Basically, the body doesn't really need the extra chitin, but we don't think about how much chitin we get by eating mushroom soups or sauce made from the same mushrooms or boletes that everyone is familiar with.
Recommended dosage and timing for taking amanita muscaria and preparations made from it:
1. Here is my favorite method of eating the mushroom - 1 gram of whole or ground fly agaric is taken in the morning before meals and sipped with a glass of warm water.
2. The second way is to take 0.5 g of the mushroom in the morning and 0.5 g in the evening, also with warm water
3. 1 g of mushrooms (ground or whole) should be taken in the evening, sipped in the same way with warm water. After taking it in this way, there may be two possible developments. In the first case, you will fall asleep heavily. In the second - sleep will be shallow, and dreams will be bright and colorful.
4,5,6 - These methods assume all the same doses as indicated in paragraphs 1,2,3. The hours of reception also coincide. The difference in methods is only in the brewing methods. In this case, the procedure is performed by pouring hot (60-70 degrees) water over whole or ground mushrooms. Some users prefer a higher water temperature. But personally, I don't see the point in it.
The mushroom broth can be brewed in an ordinary cup or in a thermos. After the mushrooms sink to the very bottom of the cup or thermos, and the broth itself is homogeneous and resembles jelly, the broth can be considered ready. The amanita fluid is drunk 10-20 minutes after filling the fly agaric with water. This time is enough for the water to absorb all the valuable properties of the mushroom.
By the way, from time to time I even cook broths from red fly agaric for a change.
In them I add vegetables, spices and salt to taste.
I want to draw the attention of fans of bold experiments to the fact that the simultaneous consumption of 1.5 grams of red fly agaric and more can lead to an altered state of reality. It is true that I myself took amanita in such doses in those cases when I needed to actively solve particularly important issues. So feel free to experiment!
